FiftyOne values your business and appreciates you taking the time to give us your feedback. We’ve received comments from consumers concerned that they are seeing higher than expected shipping costs on some orders. We are aware of this issue and are working hard to resolve it.

New Shipping Options: Faster & More Affordable

We’ve recently added faster, more affordable, shipping options to our platform and many of our merchants have already integrated the system. Consumers shopping at these merchant websites are now seeing vastly improved shipping rates and faster global delivery times. We expect a number of other key merchants to launch on our new platform in the next several weeks. We are also continually re-calibrating how our rates are calculated so that they more accurately reflect the size and weight of an item being shipped.

All of this will help dramatically with shipping costs!

We’d like you to know that FiftyOne does not make any profit on shipping costs. In fact we are constantly working to find ways to reduce these costs to the lowest point possible so as to make it easier and more affordable for consumers like you to buy from our merchants.
